A bright and simple lemon vinaigrette from Ina Garten. Just 4 ingredients and easiliy made makes this recipe a winner.
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 freshly ground black pepper
Place all the ingredients in a small bowl.
Briskly whisk the ingredients together.
The salad dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Use a canning jar to store and keep the lid tightly sealed.
