A quick and easy asparagus recipe that is so delicious. Be sure to add this to your spring brunch menu.
Olive Oil
1 lb. Asparagus spears, washed and trimmed (roughly 25)
1.5 lbs. Bacon, about 25 strips
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
3. Toss the asparagus spears in olive oil.
4. Wrap each spear with one slice of bacon and place on sheet pan evenly spaced. Do not crowd.
5. Bake for 18-22 minutes (depending on how thick your bacon is).
