I wanted to share this snowman craft pattern with you!
January can be such a tough month to get through. The brutally cold weather (we’ve had nights that have been down to -28F in the past week) will wear you down. After the Christmas decorations are packed away, the house can look so drab and bare. A few years ago I started decorating after the Christmas holiday with snowmen. Snowmen are cute, colorful, and all about winter more than just Christmas so having them on display in January, February, and March is timely and can give the drab old winter days a little Snowman pizazz. Last week I got out one of my favorite little snowman decorations, a snowman sign I designed years ago for a Delta Ceramcoat craft pattern. It’s a very versatile snowman craft pattern. I have hung my little snowman sign over the top of a doorway, or wired across a grapevine wreath on the front door , above my kitchen cabinets. In the pattern I have painted the predominant background blue but you can paint it any color that goes with your décor. This snowman pattern is a good beginner painting pattern. Fabulous tutorial! Could you send me a photo (640pixels wide or 400 pixels wide) of just the snowman head art? If so, I can share the tutorial with my readers! Great to "meet" you and thanks for sharing on Craft Schooling Sunday!

Aww, so cute!

I agree. This is a hard time to decorate. Spring stuff looks ridiculous and Christmas is just so inappropriate. I usually go with something kind of generic like a monogramed wreath or something but I like the idea of your snowmen too. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for sharing your snowman pattern.
I love snowmen and so does my DIL. I live in Oklahoma and really we have not had what you would call a winter. We are in desperate need of rain. We have had beautiful weather this week in the upper 60's.

That is super cute---thanks for showing it off! I'm wishing for snow. This is our second year now with no snow. In fact, it's 46 degrees outside at 2:30 am right now! Maybe we need to look for work in north Maine---ha!
Thanks for linking up---hope you have a great week!

46 degrees....that's a heat wave. It got down to -28F here last night and 3F is the high for today (with windchill they are saying it is -25F)! I'm hugging the woodstove today!

What a cute pattern. We hardly ever have snow here in east Texas so I like snowmen to make it feel more like winter. lol Thanks so much for the pattern and for linking up at Transformed Tuesday. Hugs, Peggy
